Mr. Simon is a graduate of Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, he interned with the Sixth Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office (which covers Pinellas County and Pasco County) prosecuting juveniles charged with criminal offenses ranging from petit theft and battery, to car-jacking and aggravated assault. Mr. Simon was awarded the William F. Blews Pro BonoService Award and recognized for his skills by being selected for an invitation-only oral advocacy competition before graduating law school.
